case, we can usually negotiate with the seller to pay whatever
it costs for you to break a lease. Options are available.

plan to be living 6 months to a year from now? If it’s buying a
house, loft, condo, or townhouse, the key is to start working
now so that you’ll be ready when the time comes. Grab
a calculator. How much will you throw away this year if you let
2008 be another year that you continue to pay someone else’s
mortgage? Is it $7,000…$10,000? More than that? Start the year
off right by getting committed to becoming a homeowner.
Step 2:
What’s preventing you from being a homeowner? Is
it bad credit? Not enough income? Just don’t know the right
steps to take? We’ll analysis your situation free of charge and

credit, raise your credit score, or improve your finances, we’ll

Step 3:

ready, or 2 years, we’ll be there every step of the way as you
begin working to improve your current situation so you can get
approved for a home loan. We work with loan professionals at
some of the most respected mortgage companies in town:
CountryWide, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Suntrust, Grace
Financial, and dozens more.

letters you can send to credit bureaus to dispute negative

Step 4:
Once you’re ready to start the home buying
process, we’ll walk you step-by-step through the approval
process with a reputable mortgage lender. We don’t deal with sub
prime programs, ARMs or any other unethical type of mortgage
program. Regardless of what part of metro Atlanta you wish to

be convenient for you.
Step 5:
Once you’re approved, CONGRATULATIONS! The next
stop is to sit down with you to determine what type of home
you’d like to buy. You choose the type of home you want and
we’ll help you find it. New construction, lofts, condos,
subdivisions, HUD homes, foreclosures, auctions…we have access
to them all. With over 200,000 homes for sale in this area,
you’re bound to find something you like. Plus the system we use,
will email you anytime something new comes on the market that
fits your criteria. That way, you know about new homes on the
market before the general public does.
Step 6:
Once you find the right home, we’ll represent you
as the buyer in the real estate transaction. We’ll negotiate the
best deal for you with the builder or seller. Need closing
costs? We’ll get them for you. Want all the incentives that
builders are offering? We’ll help you get it. We’ll work with
everyone involved in the transaction to make sure you get to a
successful closing, including the seller, lender, appraiser,
inspector, attorney, contractors, and everyone else. We never
ask you for a dime. We get paid from
the seller or builder of the home you choose. Our services are
always free for buyers.
